Cardiff make six changes from the side that secured a bonus point on Tuesday for the trip to the Gnoll.
Three of those changes are in a new front row, Nathan Trevett, Aaron Fowler and Ryan Harford all starting, while the rest of the pack remains en-block after a fantastic performance against Swansea.
In the backline Jason Tovey starts at outside half with Max Woodward coming into the midfield. Jack Phillips replaces the injured Steve Cullen on the wing.
