The Blue & Blacks will be looking to get back to winning ways in the Principality Premiership following two recent losses.

Head Coach Steve Law has been able to name a nearly unchanged side from last week's narrow loss at Llandovery with Dan Fish continuing his return from injury at full back. In the centre Will Rees-Hole will earn his club cap for 20 games this season.

The side will be captained by Luke Crocker who partners Tom Daley and Rory Pitman in the back row.
