Match Preview

Cardiff - Aberavon

Cardiff entertain Aberavon in the Principality Premiership on Friday (7:30) looking to build on the form that has seen them win three games in a row.

The last of those games was away at league leaders Carmarthen on a bitterly cold Saturday in West Wales. A bonus point win was the result and Head Coach was very pleased with the way the team performed. "the second half was the best 40 minutes of the season. What was pleasing from the coaching team was that they stuck to what we had talked about during the week. This week will be as big a challenge. Aberavon are a hugely talented side and have some very good strike runners as their performance against Cross Keys last week shows. We though are in a good place at the moment and it is great to be able to have some constancy of selection. That helps with building team performances which is what we will be looking for again this week"
