Cardiff return to the Principality Premiership at the Arms Park on Saturday following two weeks of Cup activity.
Having played Bristol and Ebbw Vale in the B&I and SWALEC cups respectively over the past fortnight the Blue & Blacks welcome third place Cross Keys.
Following a run from the bench last week James Davies returns to the starting line up with Joe Griffin moving from full back to fly half to replace Sevens star James Thomas.
In the pack Ryan Harford come back into the front row with James Murphy moving back to the second row following last weeks run at 7. Dan Crimmins returns at No8. Lewis Smout will be looking to get on the field from the replacements bench in order to win his club cap for 20 games this season.
