Algernon Frank Hill played for Cardiff on 153 occasions and went on to win 15 caps for Wales between 1883 - 84 and 1894 – 95. Hill made his international debut against Scotland in 1885 and won 15 caps for Wales and being captain in 1888.
A Solicitor by trade, Frank Hill he passed away in 1927 at the age of 61.
