Sam Pailor signed for Cardiff in 2018 making his debut against Llandovery in September of that year. By the end of the season he had made 30 appearances and become an important member of the squad. Before arriving at the Arms Park, Sam had played for a host of clubs (Bedwas, Ealing, Coventry, Swansea, Doncaster, Pontypool, Bedford and Aberavon) as well as the Dragons academy, Wales U20s and Crawshays Welsh XV.
