Brian Mills

The club is sad to hear of the news that former player Brian Mills passed away last Friday at the age of 74.

Brian was a Wales Youth International who played six games at scrum half for the Club in the 1969 – 1970 season.

Prior to joining Cardiff he had played for Cross Keys, Newbridge and Newport.

After leaving Cardiff Brian became Coach, Team Manager and President of Llanharan RFC, where he was highly regarded for his outstanding work over many years in developing the Club.

Brian was a great character who made many friends in the time that he was at Cardiff and was a loyal member of the Former Players Association. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

We send our sincere condolences to his wife Gail and his two sons, Cennydd and Owain.
