Jason Harries began his path towards regional rugby at the Scarlets academy, but quickly became a key figure in the Wales Sevens side. After building many years of experience on the world circuit, whilst also running out for local side Carmarthen Quins in the Principality Premiership, Harries was snapped up by English Championship side, London Scottish ahead of the 2015-16 campaign. Two seasons with the Exiles impressed enough to earn a deal with Guinness PRO14 outfit, Edinburgh, where he played under Richard Cockerill’s guidance for a season. Ahead of the 2018-19 season Harries moved to Cardiff Blues, scoring two tries on his debut against Leinster at Cardiff Arms Park, and made his debut for Cardiff in the 2019-20 season against Aberavon.
