In recent weeks the ticket office has have been able to communicating with Cardiff Blues’ Season Members and ticket purchasers regarding our policies for unfulfilled fixtures.
This has been a substantial piece of work undertaken with a severely reduced workforce due to the ongoing situation.
We sincerely appreciate your support, patience and understanding during this period and the ticket office will communicate a similar ticketing policy and process to Cardiff RFC Season Members in the coming days.
With the season cancelled, there are a number of unfulfilled fixtures including three in the Indigo Group Premiership, which were due to take place at the Arms Park.
The ticket office will directly contact fans affected with details of the three options available during the coming days.
