Belated congratulations are due to James Ratti, who becomes the latest Cardiff player to receive his international call-up, with selection for the Wales squad in this season’s 6 Nations tournament. James was released by the Ospreys in 2019 and joined Cardiff (training full time with the region whilst playing for the Blue and Blacks.) Making his Cardiff debut against Pontypridd in September 2019, Ratti celebrated his debut with a try. After just 8 games the coaches had seen enough to award him a full time contract with Cardiff Blues (as they were then). Originally a second row, he has now moved to the back row and after just a few appearances as a number 8 it is here that Wales have selected him.
Llongyfarchiadau Ratts.
