Cardiff – Carmarthen Quins team news

Cardiff entertain Carmarthen Quins at the Arms Park in the Indigo Premiership looking to end a two game losing streak.

Speaking ahead of the game Head Coach Steve Law said “There are a number of changes this week mostly because a lack of performances in our last two games. We set our standards very high and in those games we have failed to reach them, which was really disappointing.

We want to come out on top and be competitive in every game we play, so we need to treat every game as if it cup final. We haven’t done that in the last two weeks.

Carmarthen are near the bottom of the table and have had a few issues this season, but they will want to put in a performance against us and look to get something from their trip here. We will need to be on top of our game. The players that have come in have an opportunity to prove themselves this week and we have to guard against being complacent.

There is also a new face on the bench in Will Keep. He has been playing for Penallta this season so far but is a very bright prospect. We are looking forward to seeing how he goes on his debut.”
