Cardiff welcome Merthyr as the first of a double header at the Arms Park on Saturday. The Blue & Blacks will kick off what is sure to be a fully enjoyable day of rugby at 11:45.
This will be the first of the group matches in the Indigo Premiership Cup with Llandovery being the other team in our group. Cardiff Rugby will follow our game at 15:05 when they entertain Munster in the URC. Bars and food outlets will be open throughout and Cardiff Rugby season ticket holders have access to both games.
Speaking ahead of the game Cardiff RFC Director of Rugby Gruff Rees said “it will be an exciting day with plenty of quality rugby on show. The Blue & Blacks will be setting the scene for the URC game and looking to kick off our home season having not played last week. We know we will have a tough challenge facing the Ironmen but it is one we are looking forward to”
