Cardiff RFC Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Cardiff Rugby Football Club will be held in the Gareth Edwards Lounge Cardiff Athletic Club on 26^th July 2023 at 7pm.

AGENDA

1. To read the notice convening the Annual General Meeting of Cardiff Rugby Football Club for season 2022-2023.

2. To receive apologies for absence.

3. To approve and, if correct, sign the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 29^th July 2022

4. To receive the Chair’s Report.

5. To confirm election of Members to the Rugby Committee. The Members nominated for election to the Rugby Committee are as follows:-

6. To transact any other business as shall be allowed by the Chair as fairly arising out of the agenda (also known as matters arising)
