Cardiff will play RGC1404 in the semi-final of the Indigo Premiership cup in March next year having secured a losing bonus point at Church Bank last weekend.
The sides will meet at a neutral venue that is yet to be decided.
The other semi-final will be between Newport and Pontypridd
