Llandovery – Cardiff team news

Cardiff travel to Llandovery looking to secure their place in the Indigo Cup semi finals

Speaking ahead of the game Head Coach Steve Law said “we have picked a really well-balanced side with a mixture of youthful talent and experience.  The front row is made up of the academy boys and we have an academy 10 – Harrison James -sandwiched between two highly experienced players in Tom Habberfield and Arron Pinches.  But this is an exciting side and the boys who have come in have an opportunity this week to show us what they are capable of.

We go there looking to get ourselves into the semi-final of the cup. We want to play with energy and negate the way Llandovery play. A 6-2 split on the bench will help us to play to our plan. But we know what we have to do to get through and are looking forward to the challenge.”
