Coming through the Ospreys academy and playing for Aberavon, second row forward James Ratti joined Cardiff for the 2019-20 season. After just a handful of games for the Blue and Blacks James was offered a professional contract with Cardiff Rugby. After a successful three seasons at the Arms Park he returned to the Ospreys.
