Cardiff travel to North Wales to play RGC on Saturday looking to record their first win of the Indigo Premiership season
Speaking ahead of the game Head Coach Steve Law said “it’s a long trip up to Colwyn Bay to play a very tough side, we saw how they put Llanelli to the sword a few weeks ago. We have made nine changes to the side from last week, some because of performance. But it is great to welcome back Club captain Morgan Allen to the starting line up.
We will need to improve greatly on our performance from last week especially when we get into the danger zone, we created lots last week, but didn’t finish those chances off. That is what we have worked on this week and are very much looking forward to the game”
