Cardiff RFC are delighted to announce the signing of Second Row forward Scott Andrews for the forth coming Indigo Premiership season.
The 25 year old has a wealth of Premiership experience having played for Neath, Cross Keys, Bedwas and Newport.
The Wales U20 has also played Regional age grade rugby with the Dragons Under18s.
