Cardiff travel to St Helens Swansea in the Indigo Premiership on Saturday looking to bounce back after the defeat to Newport last week
Speaking ahead of the game Head Coach, Steve Law, said “we have been open and honest both as individuals and as a group this week following last week’s game. Our performance, game management and effort were nowhere near where we need them to be at the moment and we have to put that right.
This week we will be looking to be the best version of ourselves. We know St Helens is a tough place to go to, but if we perform as we know we can we can come away with a result.
There are a few changes, mostly positional this week and we congratulate Matty Young on making his first start for Cardiff RFC following a few appearances off the bench”
