Cardiff RFC will be aiming to record their ninth straight victory in Super Rygbi Cymru (SRC) as they conclude the regular season with a trip to Broadacre, Dunvant to face Swansea RFC (KO: 2:30 pm).
The Blue and Blacks enter the contest following a 40-27 derby victory against rivals Newport RFC last Thursday.
On that evening, Ben Fry was playing at open-side and claimed a brace and was joined by tries from Tom Bowen, Dewi Cross, Steffan Emanuel, and Matty Young, which secured a first home win over Newport since September 2023.
That triumph guaranteed Cardiff a top-two finish, as they now head west down the M4 corridor with their sights firmly set on finishing the regular season top of the league.

Pre-Match Thoughts:
Speaking ahead of the contest, head coach Dan Fish said: “Last regular game of the season and a tough one to finish.
“We know the threat Swansea pose as they beat us in the reverse fixture.
“We have been excellent the last couple of weeks and want to finish the season strong, leading into the playoffs.
“We showed fight on both sides of the ball last Thursday in a great advert for the SRC, with two teams going after each other from minute one.
“Hoping to keep our performance level high on Saturday and finish with a bang.”
Remember the last meeting against Swansea?
Saturday afternoon will see Cardiff head to Broadacre, Dunvant, for the first time since May 2000, but it’s the first time playing the Whites there.
The last time the pair met was back in late November, and it turned into an evening to forget for Fish’s side.
In the space of minutes, replacement scrum-half Ellis Lewis scored twice, which sealed the Whites a narrow 24-21 victory and their first in the Welsh capital since February 2017.
Steff Crimp completed a six-point haul from the tee, whilst Alun Rees scored a brace and Ethan Lloyd also crossed the whitewash, which proved not to be enough for the Blue and Blacks.
For those unable to make it to Broadacre, Dunvant on Saturday afternoon, you can stay up-to-date with live updates across all Cardiff RFC social media channels (X, Facebook, and Instagram).
