Cardiff entertain near neighbours Bedwas on Friday night looking to extend the unbeaten league run to eight games.
Having had a hard game against a committed Cross Keys side last week the Blue & Blacks take on another side who will be looking to gain points at the bottom on the table. “Last week it was a bad performance against the Keys” said Head Coach Steve Law “but it was a win and we haven’t got to forget that. We have made a few changes this week and we are really going to have to get back to our high standards if we want to get a result. Both teams are fighting for points but for different reasons. We know what we are going to have to do and we will have to make sure we execute what we have been trying to do all season to beat Bedwas.”
“When we played them earlier in the season they never gave up and we are going to have to put in an eighty minutes effort again tomorrow if we want to keep challenging at the top of the league.”
That last game was played at the Bridge Field on a wet and windy Friday night, Cardiff coming put on top 16-10 in the end in front of the BBC cameras.
