The Rugby Section AGM will take place on 27 September 2021 at 7pm at Cardiff Arms Park.
Unfortunately, due to the various COVID regulations that have been in place since March 2020, we have been unable to hold our AGMs at our normal time. It was felt that the AGM should take place and not be delayed any further and will cover both the 2019/2020 and the 2020/2021 season.
For this AGM only (depending on the pandemic) there will not be any booklets produced and this will be the only advert, so please pass this on to any members you may know that do not have access to the internet. We understand that some may miss the opportunity to attend, but it was felt that we should not delay the AGM any longer.
If you wish to attend the AGM, please register you place by emailing jill1876@me.com by 31 August 2021. Please provide your name, address and membership number. Once your membership has been verified, you will be emailed the necessary details of how to attend the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, but have any questions please submit them by the same date to our Secretary and these will be taken to the meeting, once the writer’s membership has been verified.
