Cardiff RFC players are once again heavily involved in the Cardiff Blues A squad to travel to Belfast on Saturday
The team shows eight changes from last weeks game at the Arms Park. Barney Nightingale moves up from the bench to start and he is joined by Gareth Thompson. Tom Habberfield, who’s injury last week was a blow to Cardiff RFC, is replaced by Jamie Hill
In the back row, Morgan Allen is joined by Nathan Hudd. James Ratti and Callum Bradbury are selected again in the second row with Evan Yardley starting at hooker. Sam Beard will once again captain the side.
