Carmarthen Quins – Cardiff team news

Cardiff travel to Carmarthen Park tomorrow to play a re-arranged game against the Quins in a match the will see James Beal play his 100th game.

Speaking ahead of the game Gruff Rees said “we tip our hat to James Beal playing his 100th tomorrow night. James is a terrific player and a stalwart of the Blue & Blacks. He gives everything on and off the pitch and is a great example to the youngsters in our squad.

The game tomorrow is very important in terms of our play off aspirations. Last week didn’t go the way we wanted but there were aspects of our game we were pleased with. We need to keep the spirit and resolve we showed last week and raise the standards again in what will be a very tough game against an experienced Quins side that are playing on their own patch”
