Rhys Carre & Owen Lane make their Wales debuts

Wales play Ireland in their final World Cup warm up game at the Principality Stadium on Saturday and two former Cardiff RFC players are set to make their debuts.

Owen Lane – who played 16 times for the Blue & Black on the wing between 2015 and 2018 and Rhys Carre who featured in 6 games last season and 26 in all over a four year period have both been picked to start against the Irish.

Everyone at Cardiff RFC is very proud to have played a part of their road to the Welsh team and would like to wish them both all the very best for what will be a fabulous day in their careers.
