With the six nations tournaments starting next week it is great to see good Cardiff representation in the squads. Wales U20s coach, Byron Hayward, has called up several players that have played for Cardiff this season, as well as adding Craig Everett to his coaching team.
The Cardiff players in the squad are front row forwards Efan Daniel and Nathan Evans (who both played in last seasons tournament) alongside back row forward Alex Mann – who retains the captaincy after leading Wales to victories over Scotland and Italy last season. They are joined in the pack by prop forward Rhys Barratt and back row Ethan Fackrell. The backs representation comes through Cameron Winnett.
Go well, boys, congratulations to you all.
Whilst Craig is away with Wales U20s his place in the Cardiff RFC coaching team is taken by former Ospreys and Bristol player Ian Evans. Welcome Ian.
