Cardiff travel to Pontypool in the Indigo Premiership on Saturday looking to bounce back after the defeat to Llandovery.
Speaking ahead of the game Head Coach Steve Law said “we know it will be a huge challenge going to Pontypool Park on Saturday. We were bitterly disappointed with the loss to Pooler earlier in the season where our lack of discipline and ambition let us down badly. But it will be a different game on Saturday, a heavy pitch and a wet ball will mean our skills set and our accuracy will need to be spot on.
We will need a performance against a side who are fighting against us for the fourth spot and a play off berth. We know we much reach the standards we expect from the group of talented players we have in our squad. But we are looking forward to the game and the challenge Pooler will provide.”
Joey Tomlinson returns from injury to gain a place on the bench and two players will gain their club caps should they come on. Jacob Lloyd and Ethan Phillips.
