David Lloyd (Lloyd) Williams was one of two sons of former scrum half Brynmor that played for the Blue and Blacks. Lloyd was born in 1989 and played most of his rugby for Cardiff Blues only appearing in three games for the Blue and Blacks. A regular for Cardiff Blues and then Cardiff Rugby, Lloyd made his 250th appearance for the senior team in 2022, against CA Brive in a European Challenge Cup tie.
Making his debut for Wales in 2011 he appeared in 31 internationals.
