Cardiff travel to Sardis Rd on Saturday looking to keep their unbeaten run going.
Speaking ahead of the game Head Coach Steve Law said “it has been a long time since Cardiff RFC won at Pontypridd, 2009 in fact, but we are looking forward to the game and getting the first win of the decade there. Training has been going really well this week and the entire squad have been focusing on what we know will be one of the toughest games we will play this season. Regional rivalry is a great thing and we are lucky to have two Regional rivals in this league. Games against Ponty and Merthyr are always ones to savour for both players and supporters, and I’m sure Saturday will not disappoint. We are grateful to Newport RFC in allowing Louis Jones to play and to Matthew Pettit for lacing up his boots again this week to help us in our front row crisis”
